We recommend that with any Physical Actor Training work you take time to reflect during and after the session. If you write down some notes, this will give you something to help you focus when you next do some more voice work, taking your learning and development further. It also means that you are not starting from scratch next time. Why not then use some of those words in your vocal warm up? In this way, you can see how your reflective process can fold back into your creative process: reflecting and doing are not separate but are part of a continuum of physical actor training.

So take a deep breath, grab your laptop or pen and get writing….
